The planned community of WestClay, Indiana, commissioned this client to design the landscaping and architectural forms of several roundabouts. In addition to covering details at closer range, I also wanted to illustrate how the roundabouts relate to their context. To create this image, I combined details from several different exposures to capture photogenic vehicles in positions that complement the composition while eliminating not-so-photogenic vehicles. The final touch was to put in a different sky, in which the cloud forms reflect the dynamic quality of the moving vehicles.
