Cohen Women's Center, Middletown Regional Hospital, Middletown, Ohio

Assignment: Illustrate the transformation of this facility from a cold, clinical environment to one that is warm, inviting and reassuring.

Centerville Place Shopping Center, Centerville, Ohio

Assignment: Illustrate this shopping center for marketing purposes and for submission to competitions.

St. Rita Church, Dayton, Ohio

Assignment: This transitional, multi-purpose structure connects the church with the school, provides sheltered travel from one to the other, and adds recreational, library and social functions. Landscaping had not become established at the time of the site visit, which necessitated extensive photo rendering.

Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority (DMHA) Wilmington, Kettering, Ohio

Assignment: The goal of these images was to illustrate how the architect, working within a very limited budget, succeeded in enhancing the existing structure visually and functionally, primarily through the addition of the prominent stair/elevator structure. The similar images on the left and right show the building under different lighting situations.

 

Richard Allen Academy, Dayton, Ohio

Assignment: Illustrate how this church was remodeled into a school. One goal was to leverage the existing structure's features, such as the lighting and stained-glass windows.
